I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
The interview I did for the sales associate position (seasonal) was a group interview at a hotel. Everyone sat together in groups at various tables - there were probably about 30 people in the room, maybe more. The process was that the manager asked very simple questions like "What was a time you experienced great customer service?" or "How would you handle an angry customer?" and anyone who wanted could stand up and answer. Only a handful of people actually did so while the rest just sat in silence. I was among the people who stood up and answered questions frequently. At the end, those of us who had spoken up were pulled aside and hired on the spot while others were required to stay behind for further interviews.
