I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Sep 2012
Interview
I received an application from the store co manager. Upon returning the completed application, I was set up with an interview date and time. (2 days later) It was a group interview with another person. Overall, the questions weren't hard and the interview lasted no more than 30min. Within 3 days, I received an offer. I accepted. And on-boarding takes about 6 hours as well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Before starting the interview, the manager had us pick out our favorite product from the store floor. In the interview she asked us about our product and had us give her an example of how we'd sell that product. And then asked how you'd handle a customer who wasn't happy with a product they'd used and wanted to return it.
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
