I thought I would try applying here out of wishful thinking, when to my surprise, they were actually hiring at the time. I walked in and was signed up for a group interview on the spot. Two days later it was just me, one other girl, and the manager having the interview in the back room. It was a very casual interview and I was very comfortable talking the whole time. It was actually kind of fun! Less than a week after that I got a call and was offered the job with no second interview required.

Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.
