I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Vancouver, BC) in May 2013
Interview
I received a call arranging an interview for the following week after handing in my resume to the store the week before. The interview was very casual and took place in the mall's food court. It was a group interview with two other candidates other than myself. The manager only asked us two very simple questions - to tell us about ourselves and why we chose BBW. She also asked us for one reference if it wasn't already included in our resumes and our detailed availability. I didn't think that I had answered either question as well as the other two people being interviewed but I fortunately received a call a couple days later telling me I've been hired!
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
