It was a group interview I got there 30 mins before and started talking to the other 8 girls who were there everyone was very nice, The manager took us into the back room, she was so kind and chilled! I have never been to a interview where the manager was so laid back! She started off by telling us about herself then made us introduce ourselves, then she moved onto asking why Bath and body works, and then basically she talked a lot about how busy and hectic it can get and how every half an hour they have a specific goal/amount of money to reach so she put out the reality in front of us, she asked a few more questions, and then gave us lotion and made us do hand massages and demos on each other! It was a lot of fun barely felt like an interview! She told us straightaway if we were hired or no, there were 9 girls and 8 of us got hired :) Questions asked: 1) introduce yourself 2)Why BBW 3)Difference between service and selling 4)Do a demo 5)what is good customer service to you
