I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Orlando, FL) in Jun 2013
Interview
So i applied in store, make sure you fill out all the forms and give it to a manger. I smiled and when i handed her the application she asked me "why do you want to work with us?" I just answered something basic and genetic because i never really shopped at bbw before. I was called in for an interview and she was the nicest person ever. It was a group interview and before the actual interview we had to grab a body care product from the store and use it as a demo sale during the interview.
Like i said, i never shopped at bbw before so i just grabbed the first one i saw, paris amour fragrance mist. i read the back just to have a little idea which helped, especially if you're quick on your feet.
Questions were pretty basic. As long as you stick to showing that the customer is #1 and that you believe that customer service is always a priority you'll do fine.
I was called the next day with an offer. The people in my group interview weren't.
This was in june of 2013 and i'm currently still employed.

"Providing excellent customer service is important but at the end of the day, convincing the customer to make a purchase with us is what our goal is. To make our daily sales while giving the best customer service would be our #1 priority."
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
