I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
It was a quick interview, the manager who interviewed me actually presented me with more scenarios than actual questions. Most of the time, she let me know how things worked in the store and mostly during sale season. The more important questions you're presented with is your availability and the basic "weakness" question, as well as what you're looking to take from your time there. It took a good two weeks or more for them to actually give me a call and offer me a position because they actually take the time to call the references listed in your application, which is something I wasn't expecting for a place like this. Training is long, first part consists of you watching videos about the company and learning about their expectations and guidelines. Second part was (for me) going straight to floor and basically feeling the sales floor/cashiering out.
