First you do a group interview I did mine with 5 other girls. They really stress the importance of customer service here so if you are happy and out going it's very easy. They ask you to pick a product and sell it to them it can be loction, perfume, soap. And talk about and say what you like about it and if you like the product it's easy to do this part as well. After the interview they let the people they want know and then they call you to do a background ect.
