I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Recruited by Regional Director. Followed up by Regional recruiter. Phone interview with Regional recruiter. Process was very professional with both the recruiter and Regional Director. Overall the experience was very good. I am definitely impressed with this organization and would enjoy an opportunity to serve them.
It was a very short phone interview, recruiter wasn’t personal. She read from a basic script and wasn’t very warm. She didn’t do a good job selling the position or company.
Overall good process. It does seem a little excessive with the number of people and how long it ends up taking going through the process from start to finish... you have to interview too many times with too many people!
