The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Grapevine, TX) in Jul 2010
Interview
One of the remaining few employers that only do paper applications which is absolutely wonderful! I walked in to get my application on Saturday and returned it to them next and received an interview date for that Tuesday. I was surprised at first that two other ladies were joining me, mostly I was annoyed at that fact simply because at first I am a very shy person, but it turned into a better experience because listening to them and interacting with them brought me out of my shell and kind of boosted my confidence. The questions were easy, he asked one question for each prospective employee and at the end of the interview, which lasted about thirty minutes, we had all answered about four questions each. He talked A LOT about the company and benefits, an orientation almost didn't seem worth it afterwords. (lol). You are asked to grab a tester from your favorite B&BW product line (a lotion) to demonstrate, but we never demonstrated ... which was a relief because I'm not one to touch on people's hands.
