Interview
Favortism during group interview as soon as they started to ask questions so unprofessional boss seemed full of herself and discredited other interviewers even though they had sales and retail years. was only based off of non experience in sales just pure talk about random talks about themselves. Discredit other interviewers because someone connected with cheer" when its actually about sales. If you wanna get less hours and you have no experience they will hire only have half a brain and super feminine they accept you this place is for you.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Bayside, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
They were very open, but it was a group interview, got there and was the only one who showed up second day so I got lucky! When I got hired there was a manger from a different store, got to like her very well until she left. New manger came and everything went down hill, my hours got cut, just had call ins - till I had nothing at all!
