Basically went in filled out an application. They called me 2-4 days after I applied. When I was called in to do an interview BBW did a group interview with about 3-4 other girls. The interview process was awesome for someone who is just starting out with the job search. The manager who interviewed us was laid back and really made us all feel comfortable.

Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
