Interview
It is a lengthy process to get hired into a management position with the organization. There are multiple tiers of interviews depending upon your position. There is a group interview for the associate level position.
Standard, nothing hard about it. Very casual. People are nice. It took about an hour to get through the entire interview process. You hear back within a week or so.
The process consisted of a phone screen, followed by a formal interview with a few different individuals. Questions were about background and experience, followed by a series of scenario based questions.
