I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Mission Viejo, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Did a group interview where they had about 6 of us sit on one side of a table and asked us questions. Definitely show up at least 10 minutes early and come dressed casual but presentable because first impressions are everything. Other than that the interview only took about 15-20 minutes. They asked me and another girl to stay after and offered us the position on the spot. I believe my availability also came into play since I was open to work almost anytime but don’t be discounted if they don’t ask you to stay back because they might also say we will let you know within the next few days. Come prepared with answers to basic interview questions and just be yourself and you will be just fine!
