I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Aug 2021
Interview
It wasn't a group interview, but rather a one-on-one with the manager at the location. She had my resume printed up and had questions ready. She asked about what my favorite scent was, how I handled a difficult situation in the past, and who I was, etc. Very easy to talk too and made me feel comfortable. Still with the company 3 years later!
