they asked what our favourite self-care item was and general behavioural questions on working with difficult customers, it was a group interview so different people would get different questions, they also cared a lot about past customer experience.
Concise and informative, process explained thoroughly, job requirements discussed up front. Interviewers were personable. 3 step interview process that started with a phone interview with Human Resources, followed by a phone interview with the store manager and assistant store manager, ending with an in person interview with the store manager
