Applied at store with paper application and turned back in as soon as possible. Asked Assistant Manager when Manager would be hiring; she stated now. Requested best time to come back and speak with him. Came back when I was told and was able to sit down one on one in the back of the store and go over my application. Asked what made me a good fit; asked what brought me in that particular retail job....honest and fair questions from the manager. I felt comfortable and he was down to earth and explained the stores goals quantitative and qualitative. Said he was a hands-on manager but let you do your job; very approachable I felt. Then hired me.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).
