I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Houston, TX) in May 2011
Interview
I applied on a Sunday & got a call back Monday for a group interview. I actually missed the call, but the guy left a message (unlike another location!). That Wednesday I showed up 15 minutes early & the store manager almost made it seem like a bad thing :/ But when four other girls showed up, she took us to the backroom and told us that we could answer or not answer the questions, no pressure, and that we could just speak up & didn't have to raise our hand or anything. I answered three out of the six questions, and it looked like she liked my answers, but I didn't get a call back (although she was only looking for 2 people out of 15+ interviewees). I was really worried about it being a group interview, but it ended up not being as stressful or intimidating as I thought. As for attire, I wore a casual business dress with classic low heeled pumps, but other girls were in nice black pants and some sort of nice blouse or layered shirts with flats or nice sandals.

Easy and straightforward! One in-person interview with the manager after applying online and then I received an offer during the interview. Worked here for 2 years and loved it. Basic questions about previous experience and why this company

I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Forest Hills, NY)
Interview
Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
