Bath & Body Works interview questions

The interview process was very quick! I met with the manager and the interview lasted 30 minutes, she asked questions about my experience, why I wanted to work for BBW, etc. She asked the typical interview questions, and the follow up process post-interview was pretty fast as well. I head back within 24 hours!

It was a very short phone interview, recruiter wasn’t personal. She read from a basic script and wasn’t very warm. She didn’t do a good job selling the position or company.
