Interview
I applied and interviewed for a product specialist role on 2 separate occasions. Both times included an intro with HR and then THREE rounds of interviews with product managers and the director. While everyone I spoke with was kind, I do think everyone is misleading. It will never on any occasion, for any mid-level role take 3 rounds of interviews to decline someone. Every interview was extremely informal and casual, ending with very positive feedback. But I believe a lot of these roles are filled internally and they are wasting peoples time with the interview process. I do not believe they are being honest in their recruitment practices.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Batory Foods in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a lengthy process with a handful of interviews. All conducted online. They were thorough during the process but I appreciate combining efforts into one "sitting" to cut down on the multiple interviews. Salary expections were given up front. I feel that the salary info was a little more vague from their end.
