Interview
I applied online and got a call the next day for a phone interview. I called back and the women was rude and very unprofessional. Didn't say what her position was with the company and when I asked her to tell me more about the position she said "Read the online job descriptions". She did ask me to come in for an interview but wanted me to go down town even though the position is in Des Plaines. I declined because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I have never been to an offsite interview that wasn't a recruiter, very strange in my opinion.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Batory Foods (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Had phone interview. Woman never gave me her job title or what she does. Was told I would have to go downtown near the Hancock center for in person interview since she works off site but yes job is in Des Plaines. Pay range she quoted was 10,000 less than advertised but she kept saying company gives great bonuses but wouldn't elaborate. Very unprofessional on phone so I passed on in person interview.
