The time between the job application and the invite to an interview was long because the position was held open for a long time (about 7 weeks). The company was very accommodating for the trip arrangements. The introductions and interview were handled professionally at the HR office. Benefits was explained by HR, just prior to the interview. The interview was professional and lasted about an hour.
