Interview
Phone screen interview with HR. This consisted of basic resume review and talking about my experiences.
Then I had another phone interview with a manager. It was a little more in depth about my resume and basic behavioral questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Battelle (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Standard stuff, teamwork strategies, how you work through a problem, what's important to you, etc. It was pretty chill, there was really a sense that they wanted to see how you would work on their team and how you would fit in in their company. Most of it was talking about past work experience, and how that fits into how you could contribute to the company, not much was asked about schoolwork
