Very straight forward. We had an honest conversation about levels of expectation and expectations of the other associates. I came dressed in a suit and tie and was very suprised to see everyone in steel toe boots and dickie's work pants.

This was a little less than what you would normally expect out of an interview but pretty basic. Manager is young and far from being mature and ready for this position. If he thinks you will be friends and have fun then youre good, probably not gonna get hired if he doesn't like the way you look or if he thinks you are more talented in anyway.
