Initial screening was great, the recruiter was communicative and helpful. When interviewing with the Hiring Manager, the first meeting was also very good. The company eventually invited me to visit the corporation's HQ in Hartford where I met with several leadership roles, as well as was provided a tour of the facility. Things were going really well until the hiring manager, recruiter, and anyone from the company ghosted me with no sort of follow up or wrap back. As a senior level position, it was shocking to just go a month without any sort of follow up or decision. Eventually, I did reach back to the hiring manager and the recruiter who didn't both to even message me back about my status as a candidate. Just 10 minutes after the hiring manager email, their ATS sent me a canned rejection letter. It was really professional at first, but really did not meet my expectations. I think I dodged a bullet.
