Baxter Connectivity Manager interview questions

Terrible recruitment process. Recruiter contacted me directly regarding the role on Linkedin, sounded interesting so I applied. Mandatory virtual interview first before actually talking to anyone (email/messages only). Followed by interview with recruiter, second interview with recruiter and hiring manager (over an hour), told me there would be a final stage interview and then radio silence. Chased multiple times to be given a range of excuses from the recruiter, was never given an outcome or feedback, not even an email to say I've been unsuccessful.
