Large committee style interview. Interview team unorganized and talked over each other. STAR method based question. Production vs quality bias. Overall not impressed with interview team and seemed as response to follow questions were very vague.

Followed standard STAR situational questions including basic CFR / regulatory overview. Consisted of 5 one on one interviews cross-functional responsibilities. Though for a quality role, many questions focused on disposition rational and/or triage to maintain operations.
