The interview process was very confusing, as there were miscommunications between HR and the department as to what position I was interviewing for. The position required significant travel (up to 50%). One of the interviewers started at my wedding band, while asking me if I realize that the position required travel. This was very uncomfortable. Overall, was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism throughout the process. Note: While Baxter is a well-established company, they did not cover travel expenses.
