Interview
The interview process was very straightforward and they kept me updated throughout the process which helped me make informed decisions while i was weighing my options. The Baxter talent acquisition team has clear communication for each step and they prepare you for the work environment that they have.
After applying online, I got a phone screen, then a remote panel interview with my potential colleagues, and concluded with an onsite interview with the hiring manager. Contacted by HR with offer in a few weeks. Overall process took approximately 10 weeks.
