Communication with the senior recruiter was difficult due to them stating in email that they would send a formal job description, but did not include an attachment. I replied the following day requesting the attachment, and that it wasn’t included in the initial interview request email. I then got a generic email, that did not have the attachment and did not answer my questions. I later asked again in email for the attachment, and was finally sent the formal job description for review. The interview itself was informal, and was difficult to hear the recruiter over their typing. No matter how many times I explained that I was having a hard time hearing them, there was no change. They also had me provide 3 letters of reference before the interview. Lots of hoops to jump through for a job with no benefits, low pay, and no job security.
