I had an interview at the corporate headquarters, which looked really nice. The interview was carried out by 3 people in a very professional way, against set criteria. It lasted exactly the scheduled period of time. German efficiency at its best! Questions were straight to the point, including the competence-based part. It was one of the best interviews in my life.
