First they called me and asked me basic screening questions. A couple of days after they brought me in for an interview with the Hiring Manager, who asked several behavioral questions and some about the category and marketing/business.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bayer (Parsippany, NJ) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process was two phone interviews, both with current Brand Managers. The first interview was only 30 minutes and was more of a phone screen that allowed Bayer to get to know me while allowing me 15 minutes to ask about the position. The second interview was 45-minutes and a bit more formal. Both interviewers asked fairly standard behavioral questions. Overall, it was a positive experience.
