First spoke to a recruiter for 15-20 minutes. Then talked with someone on the hiring team. Went through some STAR type questions, discussed the territory and job, what the job all entails. Phone call lasted about 30 minutes.

Very welcoming and friendly experience. Just be yourself and be confident. Make sure you research the company so that you are well aware of the pharma business and what the company has to offer.
