First spoke to a recruiter for 15-20 minutes. Then talked with someone on the hiring team. Went through some STAR type questions, discussed the territory and job, what the job all entails. Phone call lasted about 30 minutes.

They like to hear about your past experiences as well and how it has primed you for working with their company.
