Interview
First round is phone interview, second round is face-to-face. I got picked from 4 candidates total. I had my future supervisor and the HR business partner interview me, and most questions were behavioral questions. I had a very positive experience, because the interview was more like a conversation.
Skype interview between myself and two managers. I was asked to walk them through my resume and there were many situational questions as well as questions on what I think would make me the best candidate for the job.
