Was asked to submit all diplomas and grades overview (including high school) alongside with CV, Motivation Letter, Employee References and Internship Certificates. Got a call three weeks later, was invited for a phone interview. In 10 days had a phone interview (called 10 minutes later), the interview lasted for 30 min. Included quite general questions and a some position related. Was told that I will know the results in a week. Waited for two weeks, emailed the contact person and in two hours got sample email from HR that I wasn't further selected.
