Interview
Was a very quick telephone call from the nurse manager and charge nurse. We spoke about their expectations, staffing for the unit, nurse patient ratio, number of deliveries per month, my ability to care for surgical patients as well as postpartum, and antipartum patients.
Was called by dept me to management for an in person interview. Met with manager and support staff. Once I was called for an offer I had to meet with Human Resources for my references and background clearances
It was smooth and a great facility. I think the recruiter was nice. The manager I interviewed with was nice and I had a job shadow which went very well.
