After applying, I received a phone call for an initial conversation/screen. After the initial phone call I was scheduled for an interview with Human Resources. I spoke to two people in Human Resources and took a typing speed test. I was called for a second interview within a week or two with the head of the department that I was applying to, during that interview I also spoke to my direct manager. After that I was called for a peer interview where one person who ended up being a great coworker interviewed me. I thought that having a peer interview was a really nice aspect. It was a more relaxed setting where I felt comfortable asking some questions that I had about the position and knowing that the answers would be true! A really nice thing that they did during the interview process was to take me on a tour of the floor I would be working in. The screening/interview process is definitely in-depth!
