Summer IT Internship Position Process: 1) Applied online. 2) Contacted by a manager. Manager asked me to message an HR person about my application. 3) Messaged HR person. Person never got back to me. 4) Contacted by another HR person. Invited me for phone interview. 5) Day before phone interview, got REJECTION email. 6) Day of phone interview, got no phone call. 7) Got message saying sorry, want face-to-face interview. 8) Did face-to-face interview. Went excellent. Loved the workers and team. 9) Got a call from HR offering me the possition. I asked for time to think about it. HR said sure, just call back in 4 days. 11) I called back. No answer from HR! 12) Ended up taking another offer from another company. Interview: 1) First room: Interviewed with 2 people. All technical & behavioral questions. Casual atmosphere. Questions about SQL, databases, etc. They want to gauge your technical abilities. 2) Second room: Casual interview. Just talking and asking questions. Talking about life. 3) Third room with manager: Less casual, more professional. General questions as well as some strange things to make you think on your feet. Summary of Process: Nice team, nice interview. But terrible job from HR. Summary of Interview: More difficult than I expected. Interview with 4 people. Behavioral, technical, and unexpected questions.
