The interview consisted of a basic phone screen/interview, along with a department manager interview which was 1:1. They really ask you about clinical experience, weakness/strengths, and long-term goals. You will also get a chance to speak with other department workers during the in-person interview. They are looking for somebody who will be punctual, who is dedicated and who can follow the company mission.

2-3 managers, personality questions, opportunity to ask questions. Everyone was super friendly throughout the process and gave great feedback. They really took the time to get to know me through the questions and were super open and honest throughout.
