There were 6 people that were involved in the interview process, which included the ICU unit managers, the educators, and the ICU director. The interview started off in a group setting and then moved to one-on-one stages with all of the interviewers. A tour of the unit and an introduction to charge nurses was included as well.

Interview
The first step in the interview process was a phone screen interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very informative and responsive. She asked me a few typical interview questions, and explained all about the unit, salary, and briefly discussed the benefits.
The second step was an interview with the hiring manager and her team. I interviewed with two people, but the recruiter explained the interview panel could be up to 4 people. The hiring manager was very pleasant and made the interview a comfortable conversation.
