I applied online. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health in Jan 2017
Interview
Submitted my resume online, then I received a call from the recruiter who did a phone screen interview with me. Then he gave me a list of available jobs/positions/shifts/locations and asked me to pick the top 3, so that he can give my contact information to those floors' managers. I received a call from managers of 2 separate units and set up an interview date for each unit. One interview was done with the floor educator and the unit supervisor. The other one was done with the unit supervisor. Both interviews were standard behavioral questions. For each question, they were mainly looking for "Example", "Action", and "Result". Interviews lasted for about 30 minutes. They gave me a tour of the units, answered any questions I had. I received an offer from both units, ended up accepting the offer from the first unit.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had a demanding patient and how did you take care of the situation
Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult coworker and how did you handle it?
I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Texas, LA)
Interview
Great fast efficient great culture , great prospects , great people, fast response to application and was called back quickly. Looking forward to third interview. Send like a great team
The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
