HR department was non-responsive. Department Management had to handle majority of the communication. HR department continuously caused delay in scheduling of the multiple interviews. I was contacted my several people within HR, never the same person. I was informed that the department had a high turnover rate.

Extensive; almost overkill. I withdrew my candidacy as the person who would be my immediate supervisor was rude. It was almost as though he didn't want the job to be filled.
