Lengthy process so don’t expect things to happen immediately. Starts off with a call from a recruiter, who screens you before setting up an interview. After a successful interview you move onto the background check which is a process in itself. Next is an orientation period of about a week before being placed in your hiring facility. It’s a long process but someone is in constant contact with you through each step.
