I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas, TX)
Interview
This is a detailed, long drawn out process due to the nature of working in a hospital environment. HR employees were not overly helpful. The communication was rough in spots. Once hired, it was smooth sailing. Baylor Health Care System does require annual vacinations (TB&Flu) Non compliance is grounds for termination.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health in Nov 2022
Interview
The recruiting department seems to be a joke and lack of respect for time and effort for their candidates. The hiring managers have little pull or experience, it's a mess. My interview consisted of virtual, hiring manager, panel interview, and small project. The recruiter didn't have the decency to call and explain the process and the hiring manager offered then ghosted me when my "start date" was near.
