Recruiter contacted me through linkden and then I sat up an interview with the manager. The interview went smoothly. After the initial interview over zoom, I was offered a position.

There are two interviews. One was a phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter asks general personality/skill questions and then informs you about their open positions. The second interview was carried out by the leaders in the department. I enjoyed my interview with them. They were welcoming and overall amazing people. I felt like I could be part of their team. Then If you successfully pass the interview, the recruiter gives you an offer. I ended up accepting a position with a better deal in another hospital. Word of advice, intuition never lies when it comes to dealing with a recruiter. Thanks for the opportunity BSW. I wish you guys the best of luck !
