It is almost impossible to get an interview with these people. I have 15+ years experience & after numerous attempts, finally was called. The office manager asked a series of "personality based" questions & told me she didn't think I had the right personality to perform the job. Really?

Once you are hired you have to attend an all day seminar with other new hires. There are a lot of ice breaker activities. It is really neat to meet other people in various different fields even though a majority of them will not be hired at your same exact location.
