I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
Three interviews are common. Baylor HR phone interview, if you do good at it you get a Peer interview with the unit you will be working with,If you do good at that you get a Supervisor interview with a group of supervisors from different departments. It can take several months to do all three.
I received an email then a phone call. Went in for the interview the following week. The process was surprisingly very simple and quick. I’m glad the process did not take as long as it typically does for most other hospitals.
