Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

I filled out an online application and I followed up with HR several times to check on my application. After six weeks or so, I was notified by phone that a position was available that matched my skill level and an interview was scheduled.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
