I had both a phone and an in-person interview. The phhone interview went well with a woman from HR. The in-person interview was uninspiring and the manager (a male) kept repeatedly referencing that he wanted to make sure I knew he wasn't interested in sexually harrassing me. (Which he definitely didn't harrass me, but the fact that he brought it up made me wonder if he'd had issues in the past...) He made it seem like he was going to offer me the position for sure but then never called me back, like he said he would. I even called 2 weeks after to follow up, left a message with a secretary, and still no response. Even a rejection would have been nicer than being ghosted. It was overall just weird.
